Back after years away from the game.

Good day, at the urging of my Son I've reopened the book on Warhammer 40K. I was HUGE into 2nd Edition and have not played all that much with the editions since.

These days I spend my time being heavily involved in playing airosft but have to have something to do with the winter months. Are there any groups that play 2nd Edition?

First off welcome, secondly no I dont believe so we are now in 6th edition but I'm sure you are more then welcome to ask away to any of us about it and see if you are still interested in making that huge leep from 2nd

You don't happen to have a spare left ork arm, do you?

Anyway, welcome! If I can find my 2nd Ed Ork book, I can probably swing a smallish game.

I might have an extra Ork arm, I packratted everything. I'll take a look in the bitz box and get back to you.

Welcome! What armies do you sport? Always curious to take a look at old 2nd Ed models.

My main armies are Eldar, Space Wolves and Imperial Guard. Once 3rd Ed. came out and my Eldar got nerfed I tried my hand at Chaos, Tau and Tyranids.

I kept everything and inherited my brothers Orks. It's a fairly large collection and includes Armocast Reaver and Revenant Titans as well as Bane Blade, Shadow Sword and Tempest heavy tanks. I figured if I never played again my Son probably would.

I live in Regina but am willing to travel if there are any 2nd Ed games going on. As I learn 6th ed I may be traveling some more.
