a stormlord super heavy tank has over 2764 rivets modeled on it.

276 of those rivets are on the fixed turret alone.
1076 of those are on each of the tracked sides that glue to the centre hull, making 538 rivets per side.

stuff you find out when painting a tank's rivets a different color than the hull.

when i was painting them up, i remembered dan saying it sucked to paint his up cause there was over 100 of them, but it seemed like there was more than that so i started counting. i was surprised to find that many on there. i hope they have some quick easy method of rivets, like some kind of strip that they use, cause could you imagine making the prototype model doing those all by hand?? doing all those lil rivets on kevin's command rhino took well over an hour at least and those were spaced out alot more than most IG vehicles have them. i think the next time i do a bunch of rivet work on a model, im just gonna buy the strips from Zinge Industries to save time.
