Dark Angels in January

the next WD is hobbit releases and the WD after will feature Dark Angels.
DA codex will be after Christmas though.

We'll see what really happens. Could be before Christmas still... Double sized white dwarf, apparently. Could be Hobbit and Bloodbowl.

Bloodbowl may be the best non-core game GW has ever made, that and Epic circa early 90's.

the bloodbowl video game is infuriatingly hard. i have it through steam, as well as the dark elf expansion.
its basically just a port from the table top game to the computer. which might explain the difficulty level.

QFT. I wish more people near me had played. It is a really fun game just to hang out and pass the time.

The first blood bowl they released wasn't to bad. As they have added more expansions it has become significantly harder. Especially at the beginning. It doesn't help that they messed with the stats on some teams between expansions (my poor khemri).

It's a guilty pleasure game for me. I understand it's lack of merit as a video game, but it is, at it's heart, the super fun bloodbowl game.

The random dice rolls in a computer game just make it feel like the computer is screwing with you and you have no control over it. "BWA HA HA, I PICKED A NUMBER TO MAKE YOU FUMBLE 'CAUSE YOU SUCK"

Bloodbowl is awesome.

I was only introduced to the board game about 5 years ago.. Although i had played.computer versions throughout the years.

The new comp bloodbowl game might a teeny bit different then the board game.. But its still awesome.

If the boardgame is rereleased.. You bet we'll start up a league! Ryan G ran the last kne and it was a blast. Bloodbiwl is probaly the best balanced game GW has made.
