eye pains

anyone got advice to paint scout marines eyes? hitting a brick wall and my "helmet for every marine so i don't have to paint eyes" plan is failing.

1) use the visored heads:)

2) I've seen something like half a million eye tutorials. Mostly suggest a white line with a black dot over, or some variant thereof. If you'd like I can go thru my White Dwarfs, I know one had a tutorial that was nothing but heads and eyes.
