Somewhere between 2-3 weeks I'd think. At least my last order took that long.

Didn't want to start a new thread, since there's already a thread aptly titled "Forgeworld". Does the community or any groups of you guys make combined orders to forgeworld to cut on shipping costs? I ask because I have a ~100 GBP order that I'll be looking to place shortly.

every now and then this comes up, and people sometimes get together to do it. You can also mention it to Darren (the Den's owner), as sometimes he thinks about doing them.

We often do, yes. Since the league is starting soon, this could be a good time to make one. I know Joe hubbs, Ryan kruger (guardian angel) and robyn have in the past made mass orders, you could talk to them for some pointers.

Ya I've tired to order a Titan before but the order never gets completed. Do ya think the one of the Dens owners would go through with it.
Ben the package is coming from the UK. If you order a box kit from hobby craft (out of Ottawa) it takes 3 week regular postage. Ben buy another model and forget about it for a month... maybe 2. If you put regular postage on it. GOOD LUCK

@james I order stuff from an independent wargames retailer in the UK, and shipping goes from anywhere to a week to a good month. I would say it variees

though i have ordered from independent retailers in the past, i have since come to realize that without the tables, terrain, time and space given to us by Darren we would not have the hugely successful club that we now have. We should never think to take our business elsewhere for another 10-20% discount over the generous 10% already given for being a part of the 40k league.

Ya HS your correct it does diff'er from time to time. If the company your buying from is supper busy it will take time. For example to get a specialty part for an 8010 during harvest, coming out off Chicago it will take 2 BLOODY WEEKS. but the same part will take 3 days to get in the middle of winter. So ya it varys
But don't be surprised if ya gotta wait. With HC Canada even lost one of my orders. 1 out of 15 orders
so ya

Ben= you are still getting the model, so no complaining, once you get it, all will be well. Just remember, once it arrives, soak the fig in warm soapy water for a few hours then scrub it with a used old toothbrush. Resin figs have mold release oil on them, if you don't wash it out, paint will run off, I know this from experience!

I've seen forgeworld deliver (in scott's case) with 2-3 days, or in Robyn's case, 2-3 months. Just wait, and it will get there when it gets there. Remember, they have to cast that muther first, its not ready the minute you call, and there are like 2000 other ppl internationally with orders.

Superglue works well on resin I've found. I accidentally stepped on one of the GW resin barricades I own and superglue has held it together nicely.

(not to mention FW themselves recommend it...)

I have done many a group order in the past, and i am well schooled in the pitfalls of these things. If you guys want me to do one, i will lay out my ground rules. Not many of you know me really well though, so if someone else wants to step up let me know, and ill tell you what you need to know.
