Games Jan 11 to 16

Whether it be luck, fate or the substantial bribe paid to the scheduler at work I find myself with Wednesday off. I am looking for a 750 pt recon match in the morning 11ish and 2K control in the evening 6ish. Any takers?

Did the league restart or are people carrying on with that style of gameplay?

(I can't come this Wednesday as I'm seeing Avatar w\ a friend)

I'll battle you a 6. Just a reg 2000 point game, oh well have to put my gargantuan creature away.

Yup

Last time I faced CSM I got completely hosed, but that was due to an utterly depressing amount of failed saves. Not to say it was just me failing miserably, his Heavy Support (three oblits and defilers) ended up killing... well i think they stunned a rhino. once.

Tyson, I noticed we had arranged our game in the wrong week post I figured I would put it here too. 3500 +1 asset at 3 work for you?

@holycause - Feel like playing an exhibition game before your 5pm exhibition game? say starting at 3pm? as I also have a 5pm game scheduled.

Suppose I'll answer here as well. Sounds fine to me. I just need some clarification on the +1 asset. Is it one extra asset (2 in total), or just 1 asset in total?

Sure, Im not sure how many points of any variety I have, I'm just playing for the fun, but I probably can make the points for an official Control match, 4000 points, or I would even like to try 4500 if you want.

Good games tonight, and some good discussion on daemons. Got me thinking about them some more.

Anyway, Tyson, you left before I managed to give you yer bases back (my fault, the game was still going on). I'm at the Den next Wednesday for some games - however if you want me to leave them with Darren on Friday or Saturday that's fine too; I'll be in there picking up some Tyranids.

I couldn't wait around cause I worked that night, and I didn't want to pull them out of your game. I'll be there next wednesday for sure so I'll claim them then.
