It turned out really good.

Like you said about the base though, its curling becasue of the glue drying. Most people will put terrain pieces on very thin mdf board. You can buy it at any hardware store, and it wont curl you paint/glue it. Youll need some way to cut it of course..

Otherwsie though, the painting and everything else looks great.. keep up the good work!

That turned out really well. I know that my first piece of terrain wasnt even close to being that good. Nice work.

Nice, the best way to learn the hobby side of 40k is to look up articles and videos on the net. There are people out there who put allot of time and effort into making tutorials, it just takes a bit of work finding the ones you need.

Ya because thats what i have been doing latley like going to miniwargaming.com and looking at all there painting teqnices and how to scult or build stuff out of every day stuff but make it into something cool and mini.
Right now im just thinking of some of my own ideas its just i cant really think of any so if you have any cool ideas for terrain just tell me and if i think it would be cool i`ll try it.
Ohh ya im still working on that board that you gave me but its to cold and the glue want stick so i have to leave it tell it warms up because im not aloud to do it inside.

If you're restricted to cardboard as a base, one way to help reduce the bending is to paint both sides at the same time before you glue anything on. (Hang it to dry with a clothes pin or something) It won't be perfect still, but you'll help a lot.
