i don't know much about the spehs wulvs, so i can't really comment on your list but, that first part that said the upgrades of the commander was hard to read. try putting commas because i didn't understand what it said until i read it 3 times. i'm not trying to seem mean or anything. Maybe it's just me who can't read it, but still....please use proper grammer. I know i don't most of the time so this is kinda hypocritical, but o well.

I don't know anything about space wolves, but I do know that a flamer on a Land Speeder is always better than an assault cannon. It's great for mulching infantry that aren't marines or necrons (almost everyone else) since it denies both their cover and armour saves.
