Chaos Daemons

Hey i was just wondering if anyone could tell me if it was possible to build a competitive daemons list. I know Paz played them for quite a while, but he told that while they were fun, he found it very challenging to win with them. Anyone else have opinions, or links to tournament winning daemon lists? Just curious, im considering all options right now.

To be honest, I would recommend checking out Heresy-Online. It is quite the expansive forum for both 40k and (to a lesser extent) Fantasy. There will be a section of the forum dedicated to 40k Deamons lists. You should be able to find dozens of examples of competitive lists there, as well as popular criticisms of them.

Well, I think daemons are all about adaptability. I've found that sometimes the army can let you settle into certain tactics, that seem to work for you. But the big strength of daemons is the surprise factor: they can get ya from any angle, at any time. I'm definitely thinking of playing them again this league, but really mixing it up for comp, getting rid of my preconceptions of what is "good".

I'll also be playing Daemons this league , I'll be going with Tzeentch, with some Khorne and Slaanesh back up to bring it to the enemy. If points get big enough I'll bring in nurgle as well since I have lots of them. I like the Fateweaver and blue scribes combo for HQ choices.
